Renting, Buying, Returning and Exchanging
(during COVID-19).

We are scheduling rentals, sales and exchanges, so we can limit the amount of people at a time to a safe number. This allows us to maintain safety, and also cuts down your wait time!

Currently we are operating curbside service at our location on 1420 W. Oltorf St.

Here's How It Works:

Step 1
 
Start Here to tell us what and when you would like to buy or rent.
Step 2
 
If Renting, we will ask you to
start or update your Rental Account.
(if you have not rented in the past 1 year).
Step 3
 
We will contact you to discuss and approve the rental for pickup.
Step 4
 
Once confirmed and scheduled, come to 1420 W Oltorf to pick up your rental. When you arrive, you can text our staff at this number: *(512) 571-3117*

How to RENT:

You can schedule Rentals as early as 1 - 2 weeks before the pickup date. We can not always guarantee specific items, but we can offer alternatives if a specific item is not available.

When you know what you'd like to rent, please give as much detail as possible on this form and we will get back to you to go over the details.

If you have not rented before, or it has been one year since you have rented, we will ask you to complete a Rental Account Application.

We are replying to Rental Requests every morning and throughout the day, but on busy days it could take several hours to reply.
We only reply to new requests during our hours of business.

 

How to RETURN:

Come by our 1420 West Oltorf location during business hours (at least 15 minutes before close). When you pull-in, look for one of our wooden carts. You can text the # on the sign *(512) 571-3117* with your name and that you are returning. We will come out soon, sanitize, and check all the equipment. We will then go inside and email you the return receipt or contact you if something is missing. Please wait until you receive confirmation before leaving. Sometimes we are busy and it may take a moment. We appreciate your patience.

How to EXCHANGE:

If you need to exchange, Pedal of the Month Club for example, you can fill out this form with the items you are wanting to pickup, as well as the ones that you are returning. We will be in touch to confirm as soon as we can and schedule a good time.
