Guide to Renting, Buying, Returning and Exchanging

Start Here to tell us what and when you would like to buy or rent.

If Renting, we will ask you to
start or update your Rental Account.
(if you have not rented in the past 1 year).
Step 3
 
We will contact you to discuss and approve the rental for pickup.
Step 4
 
Once confirmed and scheduled, come to 1420 W Oltorf to pick up your rental. When you arrive, you can text our staff at this number: *(512) 571-3117*

How to RENT:


If you are a New Customer

• Submit a Rental Request up to 2 weeks before the date you would like to pickup rental equipment.

• We will get initial details, and send you a link to apply for a Rental Account

• Our staff will contact you ASAP before your pick up date to discuss details and confirm your rental.

If you are a Returning Customer

• Submit a Rental Request up to 2 weeks before the date you would like to pickup rental equipment.

• We will confirm your account status*, and take note of what you want to rent and your pickup date

• Our staff will contact you to finalize details and confirm.

*If you have moved, or it has been one year since completing your application, we ask for an updated Rental Account Application.
 
If it is more than 2 weeks before you need to pick-up a rental, contact us closer to your event date. We are always in stock on our inventory on Mondays after weekend rentals are returned, and we do not take reservations. Because our team of Rental Experts work on each week's rentals a few days before the pickup-day, it is not necessary to start the rental request process further in advance.
 


How to RETURN:


• Come to our 1420 West Oltorf location during business hours (at least 15 minutes before close).

• When you pull-in, park in a spot with a Sign and Spot#

• Text the # on the sign *(512) 571-3117* with your name, Spot # and the word "Return"

• Use the wooden carts to unpack your return gear. If the gear is small, you can use one of the tables.

• We will come out and check the return so we can process it.

• Please wait for us to email the return receipt, sometimes this can take just a moment.

How to EXCHANGE:


If you need to exchange, you can contact us on this page, with the items you are wanting to pickup, as well as the ones that you are returning. For Pedal of the Month Club you can fill out this form. We will be in touch to confirm as soon as we can and schedule a good time.
